1. Payment Acceptance:
www.ssdgoi.in accepts payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets using secure payment gateways. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments once made will be considered final unless otherwise specified under our refund policy.
2. Transaction Confirmation:
Upon successful payment, users will receive an electronic receipt or transaction ID on their registered email/mobile number. In case of transaction failure due to network or technical issues, please allow 24x48 hours for automatic reversal or contact our support team.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Payments made through www.ssdgoi.in are generally non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction, along with valid proof. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
